NEW AD CRITERIA:

Style:
Ads placed in UpDate are now available in black and white, or in attractive, eye-catching green shading.  

Deadlines:
UpDate issues are published bi-monthly as follows: February, April, June, August, October, and December.

All ads must be submitted by the 25th of the month two months prior to the publication month (i.e. ads for October must be submitted by August 25th, ads for December must be submitted by October 25th, etc.)

Color:
ALL ADS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN BLACK AND WHITE. Color advertisements, or ads that have been “grayscaled” will not be accepted.

Preferable format for ads:
Bitmapped image format, i.e.: jpeg, tiff, or bmp at 300 DPI resolution.  

Acceptable format for ads:
Adobe Illustrator EPS or PDF formats.
Microsoft Word for text-only ads (no pictures).

Please be advised that COSAC cannot use images taken from your website and certain fonts may not print identical to the font on your computer screen.
