Sponsorship


Sponsorship provides you with an opportunity to align your organization with the premier autism conference for parents and professionals.  Show your support of COSAC, New Jersey's Autism Resource.  For questions about sponsorship, call Ellen Schisler at 609.883.8100, ext. 17 or email ellen.schisler@njcosac.org. Deadline: March 28, 2008.  Multiple sponsorships are accepted for each category.

Exhibiting

An exhibit table at the COSAC conference is a great way to promote your service, program or product to the autism community.  Every exhibit is exposed to the flow of attendee traffic. One 6 ft. table will be provided for each exhibitor; additional 6 ft. tables can be ordered at a discounted price. Overnight storage is available for exhibitors. Vendors and agencies must set up and dismantle their own exhibits. Fees include a continental breakfast, plated lunch and conference registration for two people for both days of Issues in Autism. An additional benefit includes a link on the COSAC website through the date of the Conference. COSAC reserves the right to determine eligibility of any organization as an exhibitor.

Advertising


Why Advertise? Congratulate an Award Winner or Presenter, promote your organization or company, advertise a job opening or show your support for COSAC and the autism community!  The 8.5" x 11" Conference program is a two-color, coil-bound booklet that is used throughout the year as a resource guide for parents and professionals. Advertisers are permitted to advertise more than once throughout the program booklet. Ads and layouts are subject to approval. Even if an ad has been placed with COSAC for previous conference programs or other journals, we ask that you submit new advertising per the following instructions. Artwork must be in black and white, submitted at exact dimensions (please refer to the below ad dimensions) and may be camera-ready, on CD as a hi-res PDF, or e-mailed as a hi-res PDF to jessica.alloway@njcosac.org. *Reach every Conference attendee with the tote bag insertion option. One piece of literature (brochure, flyer, etc.) will be inserted into each bag. A copy of the insert must be sent to Jessica Alloway at COSAC by April 18, 2008, for approval. If approved, 1,800 copies of each piece must be provided to COSAC by May 2, 2008.

Agency members receive 10% off - $900 per insert.
