Credit Card:  Online registration is now closed.  You can register over the phone by calling Gale Rainier at 609.883.8100, extension 13. Please note there is a late fee of $25 that will be added to your registration.  

To save time in this two step process, please consider signing up for a free account that will enable you to easily register for events and view previous Web transactions with COSAC.  Creating an online COSAC account (user name and password) will speed up your registration.  

Check or Purchase Orders:
If paying by check or with a purchase order, you must mail a registration form to:  COSAC, Attn: Conference Registration, 1450 Parkside Avenue, Suite 22, Ewing, NJ 08638 or fax to 609-883-5509.  Click here to download registration form.  (Remember, fill out one complete registration form per registrant.)  

Deadline for registration is May 2.
