COSAC works hard to raise awareness not just during April, but year round.

One of COSAC’s key goals is to increase the overall awareness of autism and of COSAC’s services through marketing and public relations activities. Throughout the year, COSAC provides basic information to the general public through press placement and relations, advertising, public services announcements and presentations to various organizations.
How can you help?
COSAC’s Media Specialists Program
COSAC receives numerous calls from local, regional and national newspaper, magazine, television and radio reporters and producers each month. Very often, the media is looking for parents and professionals willing to share their personal stories or professional opinions with the general public. Participation as a Media Specialist can range from being quoted in an article to being interviewed on live television! All you need to do is sign up and wait for COSAC to contact you with a media opportunity.
