Kimberly earned a BA in Psychology from Rider University. She has spent more than twelve years in the social services field, including working for the Princeton Child Development Institute and the Florence Township School District as a therapist for students with autism. During her six year tenure at COSAC, Kimberly has served as a Home Based Consultant, Coordinator of Professional Services and Conference Director. As the Director of the Information & Advocacy Department, Kimberly manages COSAC’s entire family advocacy and information/referral related activities, including the supervision of one part-time and two full-time Coordinators of Advocacy and Information Services. She has overseen the creation of a new COSAC position and satellite office at The Autism Center at UMDNJ in Newark. Kimberly presents a host of workshops and seminars on advocacy-related topics throughout the state and researches and creates new agency publications.

“One of the main reasons I enjoy working for COSAC is that I can positively affect so many more lives than I could by teaching students with autism. By educating parents about the special education laws, I am helping many more students receive effective services and thereby improving many more lives.”
