Mary graduated from Notre Dame High School and attended various administrative workshops and classes to learn about using business machines. She has worked on COSAC’s behalf since 1989. In 1998, she received the New Jersey Association of Community Provider’s Award for Administrative Leadership for the Lower Central Region. As office manager, Mary ensures that the agency runs smoothly and has the right equipment to do so. Each year, she is in charge of registration before and during COSAC’s Annual Issues in Autism Conference, which attracts attendance of more than 1,400 people. She works directly with the Executive Director and is responsible for coordinating and executing daily clerical duties of COSAC, including correspondence, answering phones, mailings and staff training manuals. Mary coordinates all new staff orientation, benefits packages and personnel files.
