COSAC Executive Director since 2000, Paul is responsible for the overall operation of the agency. He directs COSAC’s parent and community support services, family advocacy and helpline services, governmental affairs, development, and communications. He works with the state autism community and its constituents to influence the development of social and fiscal policy. He also maintains contact with COSAC member agencies and reports to the COSAC Board of Trustees. Paul earned a BA in Sociology, and a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Kean University. His 35 years of experience in the nonprofit and human services fields include tenures as Executive Director of the Arc of New Jersey and President and CEO of the Center for Nonprofit Corporation. Paul’s commitment to excellence

has garnered several professional, humanitarian and recognition awards from a variety of entities. Most recently, he was awarded the Ann Klein Advocate Award.
