PACT, Parents of Autistic Children Together – Especially for those in Burlington, Camden, & Gloucester counties (NJ)

Padres Ayudando a Padres de New Jersey – La Misión del grupo de apoyo ‘Padres Ayudando a Padres’ (PAP) de New Jersey es promover acceso y oportunidad de por vida a todos los individuos dentro del espectro autista y sus familias, a travez de educación, abogacia, promoción de investigación, e incremento de la difusión pública, para que sean completos miembros participantes integrados en su comunidad. Partners in Learning a nonprofit organization that serves individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families 


PEDS, Parents’ Evaluation of Developmental Status a Child Development Screening Test, is an online resource for parents of young children. If you have serious concerns that your child may have a developmental delay, you may be interested in this assessment tool that will provide you with advice and direction about whether more testing and/or services are likely to be needed for your child. (There is a $9.95 fee for this service.)

POAC, Parents of Autistic Children – POAC is a not for profit group made up of parents of children with autism and provides service to the autism community.

Pocket Full of Therapy A mail order toy company specializing in toys and materials for the special needs child. Owned and operated by experienced pediatric Occupational Therapists, PFOT tries to make toy selection easier by providing the therapeutic and educational value of each item. PFOT also provides an “Ask the Therapist” service through the web site.

The Positive Supports Network of New Jersey ~Positive behavioral support is an approach to intervention that integrates technical features of applied behavior analysis with person-centered values. The goal is to build community capacity to support people faced with behavioral challenges.

The Princeton Child Development Institute – The Princeton Child Development Institute (PCDI) is a private, nonprofit program offering a broad spectrum of science-based services to children, youths, and adults with autism.

Programs for Little Learners, LLC – A collaborative group of special educatiors providing services to children with special developmental delays and learning difficulties. Services include: design, implementation, and supervision of ABA programs, consultation within the home and/pr school setting, parent and teacher training, play groups and inclusion.
